The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n- Provide comprehensive care in a 10-bed unit with 5 labor and delivery rooms and 5 postpartum rooms./n- Administer medications and assist in obstetric procedures, including amniocentesis and C-section circulation./n- Educate and support new mothers with lactation and newborn care, including breastfeeding support./n- Operate and monitor equipment such as external fetal monitoring and radiant warmers./n- Maintain patient records and report observations using EPIC charting systems./n- Respond to emergency situations promptly, utilizing ACLS and BLS certification skills./n /n/nQualifications/n /n- Current RN license in Colorado or a compact state./n- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience, including circulator experience for C-sections./n- Certifications in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate (proof required)./n- Willingness to float between units and take on-call shifts as needed./n- Experience with Epic charting and electronic fetal monitoring./n- Previous charge experience and community hospital experience preferred./n /n/nWhy Work With Cuready Healthcare Staffing/n /n- Flexible scheduling options tailored to your lifestyle/n- Competitive pay packages/n- Local, travel, and contract opportunities nationwide/n- Recruiters with real healthcare experience/n- Dedicated support throughout onboarding and assignment/n /n/nEqual Opportunity Employer/n Cuready Healthcare Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
