Lead .Net Developer

Overview In this hybrid, full-time role in Clearwater, FL, you will lead a team while remaining the most hands-on .NET developer in the group. You’ll work on modern and legacy systems, guiding projects from planning through production. The position blends leadership duties with deep technical execution, contributing to innovative software initiatives. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, adaptable environment and help shape delivery across cross-functional teams. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVCCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirementsWrite efficient, scalable, and secure code following design patterns and best practicesSupport and enhance legacy VB.NET and Classic ASP systemsCreate and manage SQL Server databases using T-SQLImplement automated testing with SeleniumDevelop UI with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and SCSSManage code/work tracking via Azure DevOpsParticipate in sprint planning and production cyclesTroubleshoot and resolve software issues for reliability and performance Key requirementsExperience leading a development team and preparing for department growth in 2026Hands-on technical expertise in .NET (C#, .NET Framework/Core) and ASP.NET MVCExperience supporting legacy VB.NET and Classic ASP environmentsProficiency with SQL Server and T-SQLExperience with automated testing (Selenium)Strong front-end skills (JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, SCSS)Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile/sprint processesHybrid work preference and ability to collaborate across in-office/remote settingsleadershipcollaborationadaptabilityC#.NET Framework.NET Core
