We’re surrounded by luxury rental homes, extensive nature trails, and a café, brewery, and wine bar, all within walking distance.We’re proud of the space we work in and the community we’ve built within it.What You’ll DoPeople & Employee RelationsServe as a trusted, approachable resource for employees at every level — from production floor to executive leadershipSupport managers through employee relations matters, corrective action processes, and performance conversationsFoster a culture of transparency, fairness, and inclusion across both production and non-production employee groupsConduct or support employee satisfaction surveys and help act on what you learnHR Administration & ComplianceOwn the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and everything in betweenAdminister HR programs including benefits, leave (FMLA, ADA, LOA, USERRA, STD/LTD), and workers’ compensationManage bi-weekly payroll processing in coordination with our finance teamMaintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsServe as liaison with our benefits broker (Brown & Brown) and carriers on health, vision, dental, and 401k plansTraining & FLA ComplianceContinue development and maintenance of training modules in our Litmos LMS (via Paycor), including FLA-aligned contentEnsure existing and new team members complete required compliance training — including anti-harassment, workplace safety, and FLA standards on wage/hour, grievance reporting, and labor practicesHelp coordinate onboarding training sequences for new hires, including seasonal production staffSystems & ReportingWork in Paycor for HRIS functions: hiring pipeline, onboarding checklists, offboarding, payroll, and reportingUse Adobe Sign and legal-prepared templates for formal offer lettersProvide strategic HR reporting and updates to the Chief of Staff as neededQualificationsRequired3+ years of HR experience; or 2+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Management, or related fieldDemonstrated experience across HR functions: benefits, leave administration, employee relations, compliance, and full-cycle recruitingSolid foundational knowledge of payroll norms, benefit programs, and leave administration (FMLA and related)Solid working knowledge of federal and Florida employment lawExcellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels of the organizationProficiency with Google Suite; comfortable learning and troubleshooting HRIS systems independentlyPreferredExperience with Paycor HRIS (including Litmos LMS) — a genuine plusSHRM-CP or PHR certificationExperience in a manufacturing or hybrid workforce environmentFamiliarity with Fair Labor Association standards or similar ethical labor frameworksCompensation & ScheduleSalary: Dependent upon experienceSchedule: On-site  •  Alachua, FL (San Felasco Tech City)Benefits:  •  Medical: Florida Blue (3 plan options) — significant company contribution  •  HSA, FSA, and Dependent Care accounts available  •  Dental: Guardian — significant company contribution  •  Vision: Guardian — significant company contribution  •  Company-sponsored life insurance: $25,000  •  Voluntary: STD, LTD, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity  •  401(k): Empower, with up to 3% company match  •  Generous paid time off (PTO) plan, 12 paid holidays, and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday  •  Substantial employee discount on Fracture productsHow to Applyhttps://fractureme.com/careersFracture provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
