This position is responsible for leading production employees, supporting daily operations, ensuring safety and quality standards, and helping production lines run efficiently.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferredExperience operating production equipment preferredLeadership and communication skillsBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, Plex or similar systems)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow GMP and safety proceduresBilingual in English and Spanish requiredFood manufacturing experience preferredKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support production employees to achieve daily production goalsCommunicate production targets, safety expectations, and quality standards to the teamMonitor line performance and report downtime using Plex or similar systemsTroubleshoot minor line issues and escalate concerns when necessaryEnsure compliance with GMP, food safety, and company safety standardsSupport employee training and cross-training initiativesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe production environmentEnsure proper staffing, task assignments, and employee rotation throughout the shiftReinforce accountability, attendance expectations, and operational standards across the teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
