Geotechnical Staff Professional

ResponsibilitiesPrimarily involved with multiple or all tasks supporting the preparation of geotechnical reports, including analysis and recommendations with a strong commitment to meet project deadlinesManage construction materials testing (CMT) projects with daily report review, assist with resolution of issues, and training of field staff on your projectsPrepare both geotechnical and CMT proposals, manage project budgets, and prepare change orders and invoicesOther duties may include assisting with or performing the following with supervision:Prepare drilling packages and obtain utility clearancesPerform research on local geologic historySupervise field work performed by drilling/test pit crews and assist with rig access issuesClassify soil and assign laboratory testingQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required. Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Earth Sciences, Engineering Technology, or related field is preferred6 years of related experienceCertifications are required for all types of testing performed.
