We’re growing fast, driven by innovation, empathy, and a mission to bring futuristic healthcare to today’s world.We are looking for an Ops Assistant to support operations, service coordination, and logistics for our devices. This role primarily involves organizing tools and workspace, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supporting the team with documentation and research. Key ResponsibilitiesWorkspace & Tools: Organize and maintain the workspace, tools, and service areas.Inventory Management: Track, organize, and maintain records of inventory and service kits (ERP Odoo and physical office space).Procurement: Coordinate the purchase of necessary tools, parts, and supplies.Logistics: Manage shipping and receiving of parcels, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Product Preparation: Check devices before shipment, perform additional setup/configuration, and apply updates when needed.Team Support: Assist internal teams with documentation, research, and reporting tasks.Marketing Support: Help with marketing-related tasks such as sourcing subcontractors, ordering promotional materials, or coordinating small projects.Sales Support (US team): Support the Sales team with operational tasks, including preparing materials, coordinating demo shipments, handling small research/procurement assignments, and other activities that streamline sales operations.Service Assistance (Optional): Provide basic maintenance support to the service engineer.RequirementsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Excel and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).Strong writing skills for reports and documentation.Good research skills, with the ability to find information online and within internal systems.Availability of up to 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.Ability to work partly on-site at our Brooklyn office (workspace organization, product checks, shipments, inventory) and partly remote (documentation, research, reporting, coordination).(Optional) Comfort with basic tools for workspace and service kit maintenance.
