Job Purpose We are seeking a Director of Software Product Management to spearhead the creation of our SaaS vision, strategy, and product offerings within a B2B industrial data analytics platform. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, launch, and success of our commercial software products within our New Energy business unit. The Director will bridge the gap between technical development and market needs, ensuring our products meet customer requirements while aligning with the company’s business goals Job Description Create and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends. Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring successful execution of the product roadmap. Collaborate with the design team from ideation to wireframe/mock-up creation Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on product development plans. Work with the Software Product Delivery Manager to develop pricing strategies, packaging plans, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue. You are meant for this job if: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 10+ years of previous experience in product management roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry with a focus on industrial applications. Strong understanding of industrial data analytics and related technologies. Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading software development projects. Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strategic planning skills, having developed and implemented long-term product strategies aligned with business objectives and industry standards. Lead and guide cross-functional teams to achieve product development objectives. Analytical prowess: Utilize data analysis and market insights to inform decision-making and enhance product offerings.
