We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Data Entry & Customer Service Specialist opportunity at NDX Clearwater Dental Laboratory in Clearwater, FL.The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule casesPerform the scheduling function for each case receivedThrough LIS, enter demographics and customer informationPrint preference notes matching to caseResponsible for billing and invoicing all finished cases and will sort and attachAssist with answering incoming callsMake outgoing calls to customer’s officesRespond to all inquiries from customer’s officesSecondary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The PositionUnpacking and sanitizing new work as needed following instruction which includes wearing protective gearSorts and attaches doctor prescriptionsResponsible for properly packing all completed casesResponsible for verifying and properly consolidating all cases to prepare for shippingResponsible for utilizing UPS and FedEx software and properly maintaining database integrity and account naming proceduresDisburse cases for local driversMaintain proper level of assembled shipping boxesAll other jobs as assignedSkills And Abilities RequiredComputer skillsMust be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishStrong attention to detailMulti taskPhone etiquetteMinimum Education And Experience RequiredPreferred: High school diploma or equivalentDemonstrated relevant employment experience may be considered in lieu of educationDental office experience preferredDental terminology knowledge preferredBilling experience preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeHazardous Materials Or Equipment UsedDisinfectant process chemicalsPersonal protective equipment as requiredOffice equipmentPhysical RequirementsRegularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reachExhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motionsGood manual dexterityAbility to walk and stand for long periods of timeRepeated bending and kneelingMay be required to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 20 pounds
