Location: Quantico, VA Clearance: Secret Overview: Provides overall leadership and serves as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring successful delivery of all contract requirements. Responsibilities: Direct program performance, schedules, deliverables, and reporting. Lead transition-in/out, staffing continuity, and governance. Manage quality control and risk mitigation. Oversee coordination of all Key Personnel and team members. Core Competencies:Program governance | Risk & cost control | Transition management | Client communication Requirements: Education: BA/BS with 10+ years (Master’s preferred); or 20 years’ experience in lieu of degree. Certifications: One of PMP, DAWIA PM, CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CASP+, or CGRC/CAP. Experience: 10 years program/contract management, with 5 years IT/Network Ops leadership.
