Location: Quantico, VAClearance: SecretOverview: Provides overall leadership and serves as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring successful delivery of all contract requirements.Responsibilities:Direct program performance, schedules, deliverables, and reporting.Lead transition-in/out, staffing continuity, and governance.Manage quality control and risk mitigation.Oversee coordination of all Key Personnel and team members.Core Competencies:Program governance | Risk & cost control | Transition management | Client communicationRequirements:Education: BA/BS with 10+ years (Master's preferred); or 20 years' experience in lieu of degree.Certifications: One of PMP, DAWIA PM, CISSP, CISM, CCISO, CASP+, or CGRC/CAP.Experience: ≥10 years program/contract management, with ≥5 years IT/Network Ops leadership.Technical Screening / Tools:MS Project | SharePoint | ServiceNow | Jira
