Job Description:Job DescriptionMasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is now available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist interested in making a positive impact in educational settings for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time role involves working with a caseload of 25-40 students in the 4K-5 age range, supporting communication and language development across 1-2 school sites in the greater Three Lakes area. Candidates for this position should bring expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders within school environments. Those with SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY credentials are welcome to apply. Qualifications & Desired Experience:Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in WisconsinCurrent Wisconsin Educator CertificationMaster's degree in Communicative Disorders or related fieldAbility to support a diverse caseload of young learnersPrevious school-based experience preferred, but strong CFYs are encouraged Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needsDevelop and implement effective, individualized treatment plansCollaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student progressMaintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetingsServe students across one or two elementary school locations This position is accompanied by a highly competitive compensation package, with weekly pay to support financial flexibility.
