Sea Colony Recreational, located in Bethany Beach, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Housekeeper! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role:Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Key Responsibilities:Provides daily cleaning for all operations, including but not limited to: offices, public spaces, drinking fountains, kitchen areas, and restroom facilities Performs light and heavy cleaning, including but not limited to: window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying trash cans and ashtrays Identifies when supplies are needed and reports to the supervisor Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as required Minimum Qualifications:At least 1 year of related experience or training Other Qualifications:Regular and reliable attendance Benefits & Other Compensation:This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
