This is a hands-on engineering role focused on process transfer, equipment support, validation documentation, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.**Technical Transfer Engineer**Pay: 28.00-35.00 DOEBenefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching**Contract:** 12 month contract with extension or conversion potential+ Support technology transfer activities between manufacturing sites+ Author, review, and update validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ)+ Maintain technical documentation for transferred processes+ Provide hands-on troubleshooting for equipment and process issues+ Support international transfer logistics, documentation, and execution+ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones**Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel+ Basic experience with Python, C#, or LabVIEW+ Basic experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks or Creo)**What We're Looking For**+ Strong communication skills+ Detail-oriented and organized+ Adaptable in a fast-changing environment+ Eager to learn and take initiativeIdeal candidate will have experience supporting engineering transfers in a regulated manufacturing environment and enjoy solving technical challenges.Work Authorization RequirementCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.Sponsorship (including H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) is not available for this role now or in the future.This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
