***This is NOT a role with ForceBrands***Revenue Management LeadBrooklyn | HybridA well-established consumer products company is seeking a Revenue Management Lead to drive pricing strategy, innovation economics, trade investment analysis, and profitable revenue growth across a portfolio of nationally recognized brands.This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, FP&A, and Accounting leadership. The position will play a key role in shaping commercial strategy and delivering actionable insights that support both top-line growth and profitability.What You'll Do:Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across pricing, promotion, and innovationPartner with Sales and Marketing on customer, channel, and portfolio initiativesBuild pro forma P&Ls for new products and pricing opportunitiesLead price-pack architecture and pricing optimization effortsEvaluate trade spend effectiveness and promotional ROIAnalyze market and business performance data to identify growth opportunitiesDeliver insights and recommendations to executive leadershipSupport strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and financial modelingWhat We're Looking For:7+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Marketing FinanceConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience requiredStrong analytical and financial modeling capabilitiesExperience supporting pricing, trade spend, promotion strategy, and innovation initiativesAbility to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree required; MBA preferredWhy Consider This Opportunity:Direct exposure to executive leadershipSignificant influence on commercial strategy and business performanceOpportunity to help shape and evolve a growing revenue management functionCollaborative, team-oriented cultureStrong long-term growth potential within the organization
