Critical Facilities Apprentice

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Paid, structured pathway into a critical facilities technician career — no data center experience required. Learn power and cooling systems on one of the most advanced campuses in the country. *What you'll do:* * Rotate through electrical, mechanical, and controls teams * Complete structured coursework and on-the-job qualification * Assist technicians with rounds, PMs, and documentation * Progress toward a full technician role on completion * Uphold safety standards at all times *What you'll bring:* * Mechanical/electrical aptitude and strong work ethic * Career-technical graduates and career changers encouraged * Able to work hands-on in an industrial environment * High school diploma or GED _Full training provided — no prior industry experience required._ Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
