Interim Assignment: Relocation & Establishment/Scaling in the U.S. (MedTech / Dental)
Assignment MissionAn established European company in the MedTech industry is relocating its North American presence from Canada to the US and establishing a new operational structure there. The goal is to establish a high-performing US organization that will account for approximately 80% of the business in the medium term.
