Key Responsibilities Oversee case files related to personal injury, insurance, and vehicle litigation Conduct Texas e-filing procedures and manage all associated legal documentation Assist attorneys with discovery efforts, liability reviews, and trial preparation Required Qualifications Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in Texas litigation involving personal injury and insurance cases Comprehensive knowledge of Texas court procedures, including e-filing systems Ability to work remotely using personal equipment with minimal supervision Exceptional organizational skills to handle a significant volume of cases efficiently Availability to start immediately and commit to a long-term contract position
