Electrical Supervisor (Manufacturing)
Description:Main Purpose:The Electrical Supervisor upholds the safety regulations of our company and supervises production processes to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations, budget and delivery requirements. This position is responsible for supervising a large, diverse and talented electrical team. The primary goal of this position is to properly organize team members and achieve an efficient and productive workflow throughout the day. This position will also include directing, disciplining, training and assisting lower-level manufacturing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Individuals will be required to work in changes of temperature, hot, cold, humid, wet and dry conditions, dust, mud etc. They will also be exposed to paint thinner and paint fumes.Gulf Island will not sponsor applications for work visas.
