We run things the way we'd want to be treated — open, honest, and no corporate mask. *Your Stack* Java, JavaScript, AWS, MySQL, Linux, Maven, Spring Boot, Docker, Angular, Git, GitLab, Atlassian Tool Suite, Oracle, Node.js *What you'll actually be doing* - Maintain, enhance, and modernize backend services built on Java and Spring Boot - Develop and troubleshoot using JavaScript and other languages/tools as the product demands - Build, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle database interactions with SQL - Update libraries, frameworks, and dependencies to keep applications secure and supported - Perform root-cause analysis and defect resolution on production issues - Deploy and support applications in Linux and Docker-based environments - Work directly with customers, developers, and systems engineers to deliver solutions - Participate in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, estimation, retros *You're a fit if you* *- \*\*Clearance:\*\* Active TS/SCI (non-negotiable — see above)* - Have a bachelor's degree + 6 years of software development experience (or 10 years without a degree) - Have hands-on Java development experience - Have worked with Oracle databases, including SQL development - Have experience with a JavaScript framework like Angular - Have developed on Linux - Have used Docker for containerized deployment and management - Can work core hours of 10AM–2PM Mon–Fri (exceptions considered case-by-case) *Nice to Have* - AWS experience - Agile development environment experience - Atlassian Tool Suite experience - Python experience - GitLab for version control *Ready to Apply* No corporate mask.
