Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney Location: Bloomfield, CT Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year Overview A reputable law practice is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 1 to 4 years of experience in creditors’ rights, personal injury, or general civil litigation. This role offers immediate hands-on responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle matters related to creditors’ rights, personal injury, and civil litigation Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations Provide strategic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the Connecticut State Bar (Massachusetts Bar admission is a plus) 1–4 years of experience in creditors’ rights, personal injury, and/or civil litigation Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy abilities High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and attention to detail Benefits 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible schedule Flexible spending account (FSA) Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
