🚨 Hiring: Managed Care Specialist – Hybrid Opportunity 🚨📍 Location: Nashville, TN 37243🕒 Duration: 6–12 Months Contract (Extension Possible)🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite + Remote)📌 Candidates must be local to Middle TennesseeWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Managed Care Specialist to join a dynamic team in Nashville, TN. This role offers a hybrid work environment with extensive paid training and the opportunity to work on meaningful case management and legal support functions.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Determine eligibility for care programs for individuals and families• Conduct client interviews and gather case-related information• Manage case documentation and resolution activities• Perform legal research and draft legal documents• Work across multiple databases to retrieve and organize information• Coordinate schedules and communicate with internal/external stakeholders• Participate in team meetings and support leadership as needed🔹 Required Qualifications:✔ Bachelor’s or Associate Degree✔ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)✔ Strong organizational and time management skills🔹 Preferred Qualifications:➕ Background in Paralegal studies➕ Legal environment experience➕ Customer service or call center experience📅 Training:• Mandatory attendance during 4–6 weeks of training• No preplanned PTO allowed during training period⏰ Schedule:Monday–Friday | 37.5 Hours/Week📩 Interested candidates can send resumes to: vkatta@radiants.com
