Akkodis is IT Project Manager – Enterprise Cyber Resilience (Pharma)for a contract role and the location Tarrytown NY (Hybrid)Salary Range: $70-80/ on W2 benefits, the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factorsTitle: IT Project Manager – Enterprise Cyber Resilience (Pharma)Location: Tarrytown NY (Hybrid)Type: ContractPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical initiatives within the Enterprise Cyber Resilience Program, with a strong focus on network segmentation/segregation, Active Directory (AD) transformation, and enterprise networking.This role is responsible for driving cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity strategy, and delivering resilient architecture capabilities that reduce enterprise risk and enhance operational continuity.Required QualificationsExperience· 7–10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure domainsProven track record delivering large-scale enterprise IT and cyber resilience initiativesExperience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholdersTechnical Expertise· Strong understanding of:o Network architecture and segmentation strategies (e.g., VLANs, firewalls, Zero Trust, microsegmentation)o Active Directory architecture (domain design, trusts, GPOs, identity security)Enterprise infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, hybrid environments)Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust)Project & Program Management· Expertise in project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)Strong skills in:o Planning and schedulingRisk managementFinancial tracking and budgetingProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity)Leadership & Communication· Strong executive communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into business outcomesProven ability to influence without direct authorityPreferred Qualifications· Experience in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or business continuity programs· Exposure to OT/Pharma/Biotech environments· Familiarity with a GxP environmentRelevant certifications:o PMP, PgMP, or equivalentCISSP, CISM, or cybersecurity-related certifications (preferred)Success Measures· Successful delivery of network segregation and AD transformation milestonesImproved enterprise cyber resilience postureReduction of critical risks and vulnerabilitiesStrong stakeholder alignment and executive confidenceOn-time, on-budget program executionAdditional NotesThis role requires a hands-on project leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels—bridging cybersecurity objectives with infrastructure execution while maintaining strong governance and delivery discipline.Benefits:Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
