Operational Leadership. Oversee daily Client Access operations and provide direct support to staff. Review and approve timecards and time-off requests for accuracy. Conduct on-site observations to ensure consistent quality and engagement. Oversee aud Supervisor, Representative, Client, Operations, Behavioral Health, Retail, Support
