This role will own the financial reporting processes while being responsible for the accounts payable and business administrative functionsCORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial ReportingOwn and execute monthly close and reportingProduce accurate and timely financialsPerform monthly reconciliation processesBookkeeping OperationsAccounts payable and vendor payment processes, including net terms agreementsPrepare bi-weekly payrollManage accrual and recurring business payments in QuickBooks OnlineBusiness AdministrationSupport operational reporting (A/R, job costing, etc.)Oversee company registrations & compliance requirementsCreate relationships with insurance, benefit, and other financial service vendorsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldAt least 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experienceExperience with QuickBooks onlineWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
