Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Estimator based in Houston, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to sales efforts. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, analyzing project requirements, providing cost estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and strong Communication skillsExperience in Sales and Business DevelopmentStrong analytical skills with expertise in Project EstimationAbility to manage client relationships and foster trust and collaborationHigh level of organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in relevant estimation tools and softwareBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferredExperience in the construction or paving industry is a plus
