Leasing & Property Operations CoordinatorLHH Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing & Property Operations Coordinator to support a commercial real estate portfolio for our client on a contract to hire basis in Scottsdale, AZ. This role blends leasing coordination, tenant relations, administrative support, and project tracking. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with tenants and vendors, and can manage multiple priorities across property operations and leasing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesTenant & Property Operations SupportDistribute management notices and communications to tenants in a timely mannerCoordinate HVAC and maintenance-related issues, including tracking, communication, and repair approvalsCommunicate with tenants regarding repair timelines, cost approvals, and project updatesObtain internal approvals before scheduling repairs or replacementsReview vendor reports and invoices related to exterior lighting and ensure all systems are functioning properlyConduct bi-monthly property walks, complete vacancy checklists, and maintain proper documentationLeasing & Administrative CoordinationMaintain accurate and organized leasing documentation in shared file systemsDraft Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease amendments, and other leasing-related documentsPrepare proformas for prospective tenantsAssist in reviewing lease drafts, including redlines and tenant commentsSupport leasing strategy efforts for individual suites and portfolio positioningParticipate in regular leasing calls with brokers and internal stakeholdersHandle escalated tenant/customer service concerns and assist in resolutionSupport special leasing projects and initiatives as neededTenant Improvements & Project CoordinationTrack tenant improvement (TI) projects across the portfolio using tracking toolsMonitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or delaysMaintain organized records of all TI-related documentationCoordinate with property management to address TI items requiring involvementAssist with gathering information for capital projects, including furniture, AV equipment, and common area enhancementsFacilitate transitions from construction completion to property management turnoverLead or support construction update meetingsAssist with project closeout processes, including punch list completion and document collectionSupport brokers in tracking overall project progress across the portfolioQualifications3+ years of experience in property management, leasing coordination, or administrative/project supportExperience within commercial real estate strongly preferredStrong organizational and document management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management or leasing software a plusDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilitiesPay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Chris CollinsBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
