Signia by Hilton Orlando, and the adjacent, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, 2 Official Walt Disney World® Hotels are searching for a Complex Reservations Coordinator to join their dynamic Reservations team! Between the 2 properties combined, there are over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges and over 350,000 sq. feet of meeting and event space.Ideal candidate would be someone who has previous hospitality experience in reservations, front desk or group housing, is detail oriented and has excellent communication and multitasking skills. Microsoft Office, OnQ and R&I experience is highly preferred. Promptly provides accurate information regarding availability of accommodations and other requested informationWork closely with hotel all necessary departmentsConfirm guest reservations for individuals via telephone and email.
