Our clients consistently see 2–3x revenue growth within their first 6–12 months. Brands like Venchi, Joon Foods, Sunwarrior, NATPAT, GNGR Labs, Obvi, and Rotten, and 300+ others trust us to run their wholesale channel.ROLE OVERVIEWYou'll manage multiple client accounts on Faire across our three service tiers (Launch, Grow, and Manage), optimizing profiles, running campaigns, executing promotions, managing buyer communications, and driving measurable sales growth. Outreach is handled separately by our Wholesale Outreach team, so your focus stays on revenue from existing retailers and the Faire marketplace.This is consistent, meaningful work with real impact, not a side gig. You'll have full freedom over where and when you work, but you need to be the kind of person who shows up, stays on top of accounts, and takes ownership of results.WHAT YOU'LL DOFaire Account Management & OptimizationManage multiple client accounts simultaneously, toggling between brands while keeping every detail organized.Optimize listings, SEO keywords, search terms, imagery, pricing, and profile details to improve visibility and conversion.Architect catalogs (variants, bundles, collections, carousel layouts) using retail psychology and Faire algorithm best practices.Track performance metrics and deliver weekly reports plus monthly strategy insights to the team and founder.Execute campaigns, promotions, and Faire Market strategies to drive sales spikes and sustained momentum.Leverage our custom software for data tracking and fulfillment automation.Buyer Engagement & RetentionManage all buyer messaging inside Faire: activation, customer service, follow-ups, and lapsed account recovery.Write compelling email campaigns and promotional messages to engage retailers and drive reorders.Manage Top Shop status, reviews, and promoted listings to maintain strong account health.Monitor reorder cycles and proactively shorten them, driving faster replenishment and higher-frequency purchasing.Strategically use Faire Direct (Faire's 0% commission link) where applicable to support margin-healthy growth.Client Communication & ReportingRun monthly client strategy calls and deliver Monday update emails with clear, actionable insights.Prepare monthly marketing plans, performance reports, and optimization recommendations.Own the client relationship directly. You're comfortable having strategic conversations without being coached through them.Participate in quarterly meetings with each client's Faire rep to align on platform-level strategy.Collaborate with the founder and team on client goals, priorities, and updates.COMPENSATIONHourly rate: $30/hourCommission: 0.5% of total Faire sales across your managed accountsYear 1 increase: $35/hour at end of first yearReferral bonus: $500 for any new brand you refer that signs on as a clientSchedule: Fully flexibleThe commission structure means your earning potential grows as the accounts you manage grow. We're looking for team members who want consistent work over years, not a freelance project to pick up and put down.IDEAL QUALIFICATIONSRequired:1 to 2+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce account management, or social media marketingExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detailProven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesSpreadsheet fluency: pivot tables, Google Sheets, building basic dashboardsAI tool fluency.
