System Engineer

Bynet Data Communications is hiring a System Engineer!We are looking for a motivated IT professional who is ready to take the next step into the System field and gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure.Responsibilities:Maintain, operate, and monitor servers and IT infrastructure.Manage users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID environments.Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and operating system issues.Manage backup systems, security updates (Patch Management), and routine installations.Configure and support endpoints, including desktops, laptops, and networking equipment.Document technical processes and create technical guides.Requirements:1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk / Tier 2 Support role - required.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 - required.Strong understanding of networking and communication protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN - required.Professional training in System Administration / Network Administration, MCSA, or equivalent certification - a significant advantage.Familiarity with virtualization environments such as VMware / Hyper-V – an advantage.Knowledge of PowerShell scripting - an advantage.High level of technical English - reading, writing, and speaking.What we’re looking for:Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent service orientation and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Strong self-learning capabilities and willingness to learn new technologies.Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
