Role Description As a full time, Title Curative Specialist, you will be responsible for handling all title curative tasks, including managing escrow accounts, resolving title issues, and ensuring compliance with title insurance standards. You will coordinate with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service to facilitate smooth transactions. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively about title processes and participate in training sessions to stay updated on title regulations and best practices. Qualifications Experience in Title Insurance and EscrowStrong skills in Communication and Customer ServiceKnowledge of Title Curative processes with relevant trainingExcellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with title industry regulations in Pennsylvania; knowledge of New Jersey and Florida is a plusProficiency with title software and related systems is a plusHigh School diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in title or escrow are a bonus
