If you’re looking for a stable position with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairsPrepare units for new residents, ensuring high-quality, timely turnoversPerform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipmentInspect properties regularly to identify issues and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficientlyProvide courteous, professional communication with residents and staffMaintain accurate service records using maintenance management softwareMaintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold property appearance standardsParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergenciesQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED or equivalent2+ years of maintenance experience (residential xaygatp or multifamily maintenance preferred)Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and general maintenanceValid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of safely transporting tools, ladders, and suppliesAvailable to participate in on call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests after-hours and weekendsExcellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
