At Inunity, we believe great salespeople are defined by drive, discipline, and results.About the RoleTextline is hiring a Head of Sales to recruit and develop the sales team, and to drive revenue. The Textline sales team is currently 5 full time sales reps who work both inbound leads and outbound prospecting. The Head of Sales reports directly to the President of Inunity (parent company). This opportunity is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, and interested in long-term growth and advancement. If you’re serious about mastering SaaS software management and are motivated by winning, you’ll succeed here.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the existing sales reps to ensure they maximize their opportunities to create revenue for the company.Recruit new sales reps to the team.Meet with top customers and build relationships at the appropriate levels.Work with Inunity heads of product, marketing, finance.Report sales numbers to Inunity executive team.Forecast accurately to the business.Qualifications5-7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and 3 years of management experience with a track record of hitting or beating goals.Required SkillsStrong internal motivation, competitiveness, and ownership mentality.Coachability and willingness to learn.Clear, confident communication skills.Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation package including uncapped commission. $125,000 base salary, and $225,000 OTE.
