Inventory Controller

*Position Summary* Detailed oriented Inventory Control Analyst will be instrumental in maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with data analysis, and supporting inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiency. *Exciting Details:* * Pay: $69,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year, depending on experience. * Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance offered the first of the month after 60 days of employment. 401k available after 30 days. *Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate regular cycle counts and audits to verify physical inventory against records, investigate discrepancies and ensure corrections are made on timely basis. * Identify root causes of inventory variances and recommend improvements to inventory control systems and processes. * Work with cross functional teams, Operations, Procurement, Billing to ensure our system of record reflects an accurate picture of inventory. * Create detailed reports on adjustments, inventory variance and trends to inform management decision-making. *Other Functions:* * Special projects - where needed, will be required to be involved in company initiatives~ deadstock review, onboarding or offboarding of new properties. * Perform other duties as assigned. *Minimum Requirements:* * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments. * Excellent Excel skills required. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Required to have/carry a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card when on maritime facilities and vessels.  Otherwise, an escort with a valid TWIC card is required.  *Education:* * Bachelor’s degree preferred *Working Conditions:* * Must be able to occasionally lift as much as twenty (20) lbs. * May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time. * May require repetitive motions of hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
