Manager, Software Engineering

Overview In this role you will lead a software engineering team to deliver production features for Exostar’s identity, credentialing, and supply chain security platform, while maintaining high technical standards. You will partner with product management to translate roadmaps into concrete work and collaborate with architecture and platform peers across R&D. Daily you will model and drive AI-native development using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, shaping practices that scale across the team. This position combines hands-on coding, architecture input, and people leadership to deliver secure, reliable software in a regulated environment.
