Company Description ATP Development & Construction (ATP) is a construction firm with more than 35 years of experience delivering ground-up projects.The company operates fully in-house divisions for acquisition, planning, construction, and property management, providing a seamless end-to-end project lifecycle.Role Description: This is a full-time Sales Manager role responsible for driving new business and strengthening existing relationships in construction. The Sales Manager will identify and qualify prospective clients and investors, conduct outreach, manage a sales pipeline, and lead presentations or virtual meetings to explain ATP’s services and project opportunities. The role includes preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and project feasibility, and negotiating terms in alignment with company objectives. The Sales Manager will track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to leadership. Collaboration with marketing, development, and construction teams is essential to refine messaging, support campaigns, and ensure a consistent client experience from first contact through onboarding.QualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in real estate development, construction, or related industries.Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals in a B2B or investment-focused environment.Ability to understand and communicate real estate development concepts, project timelines, and financial value propositions to clients and investors.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships remotely.Comfort with CRM systems, virtual meeting tools, and basic sales analytics to track activity, report results, and optimize performance.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience with joint ventures, investor relations, or consulting-oriented sales is a plus.Knowledge of local or regional real estate markets and willingness to travel occasionally for key client meetings or events, as needed.
