Framing superintendent

Local framing contractor looking to hire an experienced Framing Superintendent.Our company specializes in both Residential (Single family- Custom homes, Production homes) Multifamily and Commercial wood framing.Job Duties/requirements-Supervise and run multiple job sites across a designated work area. Our work area opportunities currently range from South Colorado Springs to Central Wyoming.Inspect and supervise job sites and work in progress to ensure completed work meets quality control, job specs, schedules, and OSHA safety standards.Be able to multitask and manage multiple job sites at one time.Manage Subcontract crewsManage in-house crews/employeesRedline plans/blueprintsQuality Control/Punch outsCreate punchlists for inspections and Quality assurance.Manage company purchased materials and equipmentMust have-Knowledge of new construction residential framingKnowledge of new construction commercial framingBlueprint readingKnowledge of Osha regulationsKnowledge of local building codesValid drivers licenseCompany truck provided upon meeting qualificationsCompensation depends on experience. Bi-annual performance bonuses provided.Use of hand tools/power tools for occasional light framing is requiredComputer skills a plus, Email, Construction software etc.Certifications-Drivers license (required)Telehandler (preferred, will train)Man lift (preferred, will train)Fall protection (preferred, will train)OSHA (preferred, will train)
