About the Opportunity:The Data Scientist Associate Manager plays a critical role in guiding how data science and artificial intelligence influence decision-making within the organization. This position leads medium to high complexity initiatives, mentors junior data scientists, and shapes the strategic application of machine learning and predictive modeling. The role is essential in designing scalable, cloud-based systems that integrate data insights into business processes, ensuring decisions lead to measurable improvements.3. Responsibilities:• Review and recommend modeling techniques and results to ensure alignment with business needs.• Develop and execute communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.• Collaborate across business units to design and implement machine learning models that enhance decision-making.• Understand business challenges to identify optimal modeling approaches and develop relevant frameworks.• Mentor and develop junior data scientists.• Apply complex statistical and machine learning techniques to improve data accuracy and decision quality.• Identify and integrate new tools and data sources to solve business problems.• Plan and manage analytical and modeling projects, ensuring scope and deadlines are met.4. Requirements:• Minimum of 5 years practical experience with Python for data analysis, modeling, and production solutions.• Proficiency with other data science tools such as R, SQL, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, observability, and cloud security fundamentals.• Introductory experience or keen interest in generative or agentic AI development.• Exposure to AWS Bedrock and/or Azure Foundry.• Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and AI-driven software workflows is desirable.• Experience in coaching or mentoring teams is preferred.5.
