Accountant
**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing valuable insights to management.
**Responsibilities:**
General/Cost Accounting /Financial Accounting / Reporting to Senior Manager
Handling Consolidated Financial Statements
Handling independent Internal Audit & Control Department
Handling BS Items(i.e. Assets Disposal, Deferred Tax asset, liability) / PL Items
Cash Flow Items / P&L forecast
Simplify all the accounting working schedule, reporting package to HQ, budget templates,
Monthly accounting closing and reporting to submit HQ based on IFRS basis
Set up various templates to work out
Tidy up various working file in excel to be tally with ERP records
Accruals items / cut off items / deferred tax transaction / bad debt items
In charge of EF (End Financing) with banker, annual budget, Bank Loan, Taxation
Implemented / enhanced the control on new customers requisition
Review of various memo and document from other departments (All expenses)
Debit Note and Credit Note Requisition, AP invoice approval, etc.
Operating ERP (i.e. NetSuite) ORACLE ERP
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial statement preparation and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Experience with accounting software, including Xero.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Skills:**
Manufacturing Accounting by NetSuite, ORACLE ERP
Financial accounting / Tax accounting / Cost accounting Field Experience.
To have experience on manufacturing industry.
To simplify the job, so that could minimize the accounting staff while maintaining the quality.
To simplify all the accounting working schedule, reporting package to HQ, budget templates, tax schedule and etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
