Associate Program Manager

Overview In this role you will lead a program or IPT with responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance, ensuring contractual compliance. You will work with engineering, finance, and operations to drive program success and engage external customers. You’ll develop plans, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to meet objectives while contributing to continuous improvement of program management processes. This is a hands-on role in a mission-driven company focused on advancing space systems and safeguarding national security.
