Solution ArchitectThe Solution Architect Transmission defines and drives end-to-end technical architectures and integration strategies for transmission systems and programs. This role partners with business, engineering, operations, IT, and vendors to design scalable, secure, and standards-compliant solutions that support transmission planning, protection & control, operations, asset management, and project delivery.Nice to have skills:Key ResponsibilitiesDefine target state architectures (application, integration, data, infrastructure) for transmission systems (SCADA/EMS, protection & control, GIS, ADMS/OMS, EAM/SAP/Maximo, analytics).Translate business and engineering requirements into solution designs, architecture artifacts, system interfaces, and technical roadmaps.Lead selection and evaluation of vendor products, cloud services, middleware, and integration platforms; produce RFP/RFI inputs and reference architectures.Design secure and resilient communication and integration patterns, including OT/IT demarcation and zone-based designs.Ensure architectures meet regulatory and reliability requirements and incorporate cybersecurity controls and standards.Define data models, master data governance approa As an Application Architect specializing in Industry Packages, a Functional Consultant is responsible for expertly integrating packaged technology into a client's business environment.
