Full-time Opportunities: $77,000 - $88,000 per year with bi-weekly performance bonuses up to $12,00 per year

Professional Growth Opportunities
Clinical expense reimbursement (e.g., licensing, CEU events)
Day to Day at BBLC
Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans
Oversee RBTs and ensure quality programming and consistency
Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs’ clinical skills development
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
Provide family training to promote skill generalization and maximize treatment success
Collaborate with families, RBTs, and other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) to create a unified care approach
Ensure all remote sessions adhere to professional and ethical standards, following BACB guidelines, telehealth best practices, and applicable insurance requirements to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Reliable access to technology (laptop, internet) for communication and data management
Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
Reliable transportation for local travel to client homes and centers
