Valet Attendant
DescriptionVaried Shifts, Monday - Sunday ($12/hr PLUS tips)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Parks and retrieves guest's vehicle that have request valet servicesTickets vehicles and gives guest confirmationEnsures vehicles are checked for damage before parkingParks guest vehicles carefully in the designated valet parking areaHelps with the transport of guest luggage or equipmentMaintains all guest's vehicle keys in the Valet office and lockedMust maintain a well-groomed, professional appearanceFollows relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensures that passengers follow safety regulationsComplete paperwork for each vehicle, legible, and timely mannerReports accidents or tickets to supervisor immediatelyOther related duties as assignedRequirementsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be an experienced Driver.SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:Must have clean driving record with no accident history and no moving violations in the past three years.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read and understand a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.REASONING ABILITY:Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations. Requires the ability to understand and follow policies and standard operating procedures and be adept and proactive in problem solving.
