Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Erie, PA. Candidates will be responsible for gathering and refining business requirements and translating them into actionable insights for technical and functional teams. Rate Range: $49/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Business Analyst job responsibilities include:Gather and analyze business requirements to support insurance-related systems and processes.Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and QA teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.Document workflows, use cases, and business rules for insurance applications and enhancements.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance domain.Strong understanding of insurance processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
