The Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support analytics and business intelligence needs. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing ETL processes, implementing data models, and managing data warehousing solutions to ensure reliable, high-quality data. The role involves collaborating with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve data accessibility and performance. The Data Engineer will also monitor data workflows, document solutions, and contribute to best practices for data management and governance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Data Engineering skills, including building and maintaining data pipelines and working with large-scale data systems.Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design structured, efficient schemas that support reporting and analytical workloads.Candidates should possess Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Data Warehousing skills to develop robust data integration processes and manage centralized data repositories.Candidates should possess Data Analytics skills to interpret data, support reporting, and collaborate with analytics teams on data requirements.Experience with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (such as Python, Java, or Scala).Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern data tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, or similar technologies) is beneficial.Understanding of data governance, data quality, and security best practices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to changing project needs.
