This role focuses on optimizing how our teams use Applied Epic across the organization—improving accuracy, efficiency, consistency, and overall system performance.You will evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, design best‑practice workflows, and help drive operational excellence through better Epic utilization.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow & System OptimizationAssess current Applied Epic usage across departments such as Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Benefits, and Accounting.Design, implement, and refine standardized workflows aligned with industry best practices.Evaluate and enhance system configurations, activities, suspense, and automation opportunities.Improve compliance, efficiency, and data accuracy across all business units.Training & DocumentationDevelop clear SOPs, workflow documentation, and process guides.Provide hands‑on training, support, and coaching to staff with varying technical skill levels.Promote consistent adoption of best practices throughout the organization.Data & ReportingAssist with data cleanup, configuration changes, and maintenance of system integrity.Support the creation or enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.Strategic CollaborationPartner with leadership to ensure operational goals align with Epic capabilities.Recommend system enhancements and develop long‑term optimization strategies.
