R&D Engineer

Job Description Description: The R&D Engineer is responsible for researching, designing, developing, and testing new products, technologies, or processes. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to turn concepts into manufacturable and scalable solutions. Requirements: Key Responsibilities * Conduct research to develop new products, materials, or technologies * Design, prototype, and test solutions to meet technical requirements * Analyze experimental data and document results * Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product teams * Improve existing products through design optimization * Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations * Prepare technical reports, specifications, and presentations * Familiar with agency listing certs, UI, NSF, Intertek Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field * 2+ years of R&D or product development experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with CAD tools, testing methods, or simulations * Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment 5.
