Responsibilities:Finance System Analyst will provide functional and technical support for payroll activities related to enterprise HCM/ERP implementationsAct as a strategic partner to Payroll, HR, IT, and other business areas to ensure system functionality meets operational and regulatory needsMaintain data integrity, validate system changes, perform testing, and support configuration updatesAnalyze payroll data flows to identify process improvement opportunitiesAs a Finance System Analyst, you will develop and maintain reporting to support payroll operations and complianceServe as a subject matter expert on payroll system functionality, integrations, and best practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (required)10+ years of experience with centralized, automated payroll processing systems or related financial accounting functions (required)Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, with strong preference for Oracle/Lawson and UKG TimekeepingStrong ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiativesExcellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededAPA (American Payroll Association) certification is highly desirableSQL experience is highly preferredWorking Place:Hollywood, Florida, United StatesCompany :
