Commercial Property Manager – On-Site/Salary: $70,000/$80,000/$90,000 ++We are a result driven real estate office in Tampa seeking an experienced, professional commercial property manager to manage all aspects of property operations including marketing rentals, negotiating leases, and controlling maintenance operations. The role will include:Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and curb appeal.Ensure compliance with lease agreements, including CAM reconcilliations, escalations and tenant improvement allowances.Provide strategic insights to owners that improve property performance.Accurate collection of rent, preparation of default notices.This role will include anticipating and resolving tenant and operational issues proactively and in a professional manner.Computer proficiency of Microsoft outlook and excel is mandatory. AppFolio is required.We will only consider experienced property managers that have proven success managing commercial properties. Strong references/recommendations required.Salary based on experience within the range of $70,000/$80,000/$90,000 ++.Notary certification a plus.Bonuses paid for exemplary work.
