As our Quality Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and elevating that promise across our organization. This position is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, while leading and inspiring a high-performing quality team. You'll partner across departments to ensure every yacht reflects the craftsmanship, reliability, and excellence our brand is known for.What You'll DoLead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance while raising the bar on performanceInspire and guide cross-functional teams to proactively solve problems, identify root causes, and implement lasting corrective actionsDrive data-informed decisions by overseeing the collection, analysis, and communication of key quality metrics and performance trendsPartner closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to develop and execute effective corrective action plans that strengthen product qualityServe as a key connector between Product Engineering, Process Engineering, and Production to uphold quality and customer expectationsChampion continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and TPS methodologiesAnalyze manufacturing inspection data to enhance in-process controls, improve consistency, and support "right the first time" productionCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service to understand customer feedback and warranty trends, translating insights into meaningful improvementsPlay a proactive role in new product launches, ensuring quality and reliability are built in from the startOversee processes that ensure every finished product meets Tiara's high standards for quality, function, and durabilityWhy Tiara?At Tiara Yachts, you're not just building a product-you're helping craft an experience that customers take pride in for years to come.
