The Head of Creative will also be tasked with leading multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with various internal departments, and managing top-tier international creative partners. Applicants for the Head of Creative position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in creative roles within fashion, beauty, or editorial environments, with a proven track record in leadership as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director. A background in fashion or beauty magazines with global reach, high-end brands, or top-tier creative agencies is essential. The role requires an individual with an exceptional eye for beauty, mastery of art direction, and a deep understanding of global trends in fashion, beauty, and editorial design. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a must, as is cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of the Latin American market context.
