Administrative Assistant - C-Suite
About the position:An administrative professional/business manager is a new and exciting hybrid role which combines the typical administrative tasks with business-related responsibilities. It requires self-steering, autonomy in completing key targets, and excellent communication skills while managing stakeholders in the US and worldwide. The candidate should be a dealmaker in a multi-stakeholder environment, take ownership end-2-end, and identify areas of improvement within the business domain. Furthermore, proficiency in creating Power Point presentations (with content-inputs from relevant SMEs) and working on Excel spreadsheets will be required as well as monitoring, escalating, and following up on open/overdue internal audit/regulatory/model validation findings. The right candidate must be able to work in fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.Responsibilities :Administrative duties (proactive calendar management, travel and expense processing, meeting minutes, org charts, etc.) for the executive including all direct reports.Support the executive Office on a wide range of administrative, project related and strategic topics:Preparation of, and assistance with, key presentation materials on, among other, Risk strategy and related topics.Contribute to Risk projects and strategic initiatives to drive change and priorities within Risk.Perform ad hoc analysis and presentations based on current trends and initiativesAssist with portfolio management activities (including input for QBR process)Budgeting and forecasting process, as well as expense management and invoice processing. Support with contract and vendor management.Event organization (Town Halls, team events, visits from senior management etc.)Coordinate all local and global requests for information regarding the executive and be able to independently re-direct to (and subsequent follow-up with) the appropriate subject matter experts within the organization.Oversees the bigger picture where the executive's department is heading towards and pro-active proposes improvements when necessary.Be an energetic and proactive problem solver and relationship builder.Qualifications and CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Business or closely-related fields from an accredited U.S. schools (or equivalent)4+ years of relevant experienceExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong excel and PowerPoint skills and experience in data analysis, production of reporting materials and strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Copilot along with ability to quickly learn new programs and applications.Strong research and analytical skills.Ability to multi-task and work independently under pressure.Flexible and learning capacity to adapt to ongoing changes.Salary Range $89,000-$113,000
